As previously mentioned, the golden rule would go a long way.... While it is pretty clear what the circumstances were in this case, when does the paraglider have the right to impede your range day with his paragliding? It would bode well for the douchenozzle paraglider to simply speak to the neighbors and discuss each party's concern for safety's sake. What if the homeowner is simply shooting clay pigeons and the paraglider buzzes through and gets shot? All legalities aside, there are many reasons for the paraglider to respect the homeowner and far fewer for the homeowner to respect the paraglider....
I use to do a lot of Wakeboarding and like an idiot, I used other people's docks as obstacles to perform tricks on. It would have been very easy for any of them to sabotage me (I think one actually may have tried and I can't blame them). As I grew wiser, I got permission beforehand. Surprisingly enough, there are a lot of homeowners that don't want idiot adrenaline junkies dying on their property
