The only noteworthy one was DC imo. Everything else has been pretty standard.

Good channel below. Former F16 pilot turned commercial airline pilot. He reports on a new crash every few days. Good channel.

Happens all the time. There was a series Alaska air crash investigations lasted 1 season cause it kinda sucked. You can see it on paramount. Air disasters is 19 seasons and counting also on paramount and is excellent.

Probably one of their King Airs....good size plane but not big enough for me in AK winter, icing, weather over water. Yeah, I'm pussy and give mother nature all the respect she demands.
One, a King Air is a big plane.

Two, is clearly states Cessna Caravan in the report screen shot in the OP.

Not only a pussy. Not very bright either.

It doesn't take much research or even reading an article to learn that it was a Caravan.

It is sad to realize that I most likely know someone that was on that flight.

I've flown that route MANY, MANY times in both directions. More often in a Cessna 402 than a Caravan. The flight out to St. Lawrence Island was never allowed in a single engine and I never understood allowing the Caravan to transit over Norton Sound as a single engine plane.

Small planes going down in Alaska is not that rare. More often they are real small planes with a real slow stall speed and are very survivable if you have warm gear and some provisions to last a couple days. I've listened to those pilots talk about aiming for the willows to slow them even more before coming to a harder stop. Those airplanes are usually repaired right there and flown out.

Actually I'm quite bright (so fuck you, asshole) and yes, I missed about the Caravan in the OP...which, by the by, they found on the ice.
