Yes but they are also sitting on them and didn’t want to send it to the senate. Sending it to the senate requires an additional vote that Pelosi did not call. Pelosi doesn’t want to send it over to them until she can manipulate the verdict.
Basically Pelosi want the house to set the rules for how the senate will be required to address it.
I hate to hope for such a thing but I am believing more and more that it’s the only way to make structural change. At some point these assclowns have to be held accountable and the citizens are the only ones who can do it.
Voting isn’t going to fix or change anything.

Nothing in the constitution requires the senate to have articles of impeachment in hand before they act on them.
