Maggie’s Things Trump Should On His First Day............

Pardon all Jan. 6 prisoners....................
According to Burdick v. United States, 236 U.S. 79 (1915):
There are substantial differences between legislative immunity and a pardon; the latter carries an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it...
To do it right, to expunge guilt, he should offer an amnesty (not sure the legal process for an amnesty) :
There is a distinction between amnesty and pardon; the former overlooks the offense, and is usually addressed to crimes against the sovereignty of the state and political offenses...

After he tells Mexico to block all Immigrant travel into U.S. / get ready for out going .

Putin / Zolenski to draw new border on Donbas region , then end all funding of Ukraine and bring Zoleski ass back over here to find out what he was involved in with Biden.

Should I go on with NATO , UN , Turkey , Iran ?

First things first, though. Purge the Swamp of all the "plants" the dems have put into it that might cause him trouble. Certainly fire Wray, Dettlebach, Garland, Mayorkis, Everybody! Clean house! Put in people he can trust! Fire Jack Smith! All of them.

Figure out how to cancel this NY Trial, etc with Merchan. That should be one of his first tasks. Hopefully, Merchan will do the right thing (I doubt it though) and vacate the jury verdict. We'll see.

Zelensky would be a better fit for Gitmo......he would be a political prisoner after all.
And from what I understand waterboarding is OK in Cuba/Gitmo.

The LAWFARE against Trumps admin is going to be epic. I doubt much will be accomplished in the first year or two

Not if we take both the House and the Senate (we already have the Senate). And, after that, all he has to do is clean house of the Senior LE management (Garland, Wray, Dettlebach, Mayorkas, etc.). Maybe in the State courts, but...

Trump should also start thinking about Supreme Court Justices for nominating when Thomas and Alito retire. I believe they are the two oldest on the bench, but I could be wrong. I'm sure someone will correct me.

That, and Federal Judges as well. We need to fill up those circuits with conservatives. Frankly, I'd like to see Roberts retire and have maybe Gorsuch take over as CJOTUS. Then we pick another conservative Justice. Or, if we're really lucky, maybe Sotomayor will retire for health reasons.

I’d like to see the DOJ ramp up anti-trust actions.

I want all funding to Ukraine stopped. Actually, I want funding to all countries stopped.

I want America to be a gun for hire. If you want us to keep your country in existence we require 25% of your GDP in perpetuity, and passport free travel to your country.

I want to see the Every Student Succeeds Act wiped out.

I want a national declaration that soccer is gay.

i would vote to keep the UN right where it is...easier to keep an eye on those fuckers...
The problem being, though, if we're hosting them, they'll expect us to pay "our fair share" of dues, etc. etc. If we no longer wish to pay dues or be a member nation, we should go "all the way" and throw them out of the USA. I'm sure we can get friendly nations to spy on them for us (or the CIA).

Our "fair share" should be 1/193 of the operating cost. I think we pay about 25% right now

He hasn't actually been charged for most of his actual crimes so he can't get a pardon.

Actually, he can. Pardon power is very strong and broad as long as it's specified properly. Any executive can issue a pardon for a 'potential/suspected' crime, even if not yet charged, as long as they specify the circumstances (i.e "We pardon you for what people are suspecting you of having done, even though not yet charged"). Nixon was pardoned in that fashion.

The first thing he should do is to remember that “the red wave” is full of Crenshaws, McCains, and Gabbards. The best he can hope for are 4 years of obstructionism from his own party. He doesn’t need to worry about re-election, so he can go scorched earth, but that might not play well for Vance. Is Vance just Pence 2.0? Time will tell.
