Thinking on a barrel change

Gents,
I picked up a MW 13 twist, 1” barrel. I am thinking about changing out the factory barrel on my 1727F. Can anyone recommend a solid smith who has experience with the Annie’s? I’ll be contacting ANA today to see if they will do the work, but I was told that they only do it for “New” orders.
