GOd this is good, I dont know what is better, the main article about a 1600 1" group AR or ROJKOH and his custom bullet!!!! I bet he preferes "hand loads"! </div></div>
Makes me feel better! When I first read his first post, immediately my BS flag went up... While I do know that a 5.56 can reach out to 1600meters, it won't be making any 1" or 1 MOA groups in my honest opinion. To me, with specialty ammo and the right barrel twist rate to match the weight/ogive design of a projectile, consistant 800meter shots are very possible and even probable. I have seen 1k hits with USGI ball 55 and 62 gr out of M16A2s at quantico on the sniper range. So with a match gun shooting match ammo, 1000m hits at 1 to 1.5 MOA would not surprise me at all.
