A Texas man accused of assaulting his pregnant girlfriend, which resulted in her unborn baby dying, will serve no time in prison.

This guy will most likely end up hurting someone else before his deferred adjudication period ends. Sounds as though this incident will be expunged if he doesn’t trip up in the next 8 years.

I’m confident if I committed this act of violence I would be thrown in a dark hole for the rest of my life.
