That’s definitely a craft. How on earth they got the antlers to remain rigid, I do not know.
That's amazing. These people are bakers and artists. This guy does some unbelievable stuff with cake and chocolate
It would take a certain mindset to be fine with knowing your works of art are going from creation to demolished and eaten in a short amount of time.

Im good with a square cake and frosting….
Or even better, good apple or pecan pie (pronounced Pee-Kan you goobers!)
We live very near a cake shop.
They also sell sweetbreads and coffee drinks, so a couple weeks ago we dropped by after an ER trip for my kid for a treat.
Jack knows her and they had a great chat as he was explaining what he was doing as he was decorating a cool looking graduation cake.
I am having him make a cake for my daughter in a few weeks and will post pics.
