The negotiator has his hands full. It is the guys fault by his own admission but he is entertaining.

He is a very well spoken individual. I can understand his hesitation considering the circumstances. I actually feel for the guy. The case for his warrant was he was robbed and making a report and they found he had a gun in his home they arrested him. He was the one who called the police about the robbery.
