Rifle Scopes This is what customer support is all about

I have a Wyoming mule deer hunt in 3 weeks and I've been having grouping issues with my .300 WSM. I confirmed today that my Burris 4.5-14 Short Mag scope went belly up. I called Burris tech support and explained that my rifle started grouping 3 to 4" out of the blue. I changed scopes this morning at the range and my rifle went right back to shooting .75moa. I remounted the Burris scope and it went right back to 3 to 4" groups.

The tech said no problem. He checked his inventory and pulled a new replacement scope for me. He said when they receive my old scope they'll do a quick check on it and send the replacement out same day so that I would have it in plenty of time for my hunt.

And that folks is great customer support in my book!

Re: This is what customer support is all about

Burris has PHENOMENAL customer service. Yet another positive story among the countless stories I've heard as well as my own personal stories.

Another thumbs up for Burris. I think their scopes are right on par if not better than Leupold.

I had to do a exchange once with Burris and they were quick and easy! I actually over torqued a screw myself on one of their rings. My torque wrench was measuring off. I talked to a CS there and he said to send it back addressed to him personally and when he receives it, he will send out a new one. True to his words, I got new rings in about 2 weeks.

Might as well chime in...

I had bought a Burris Fasy Fire II from Midway for one of my turkey shotguns. When I tried to center the dot with the desensest part of the patter, there was no movement from the elevation screw. I called Burris, they said, "send it in and we'll send a new one out". About 9 days later I had a N.I.B. FF II.

Agreed. And because Burris doesn't hold its value as well as Leupold, used Burris scopes can be a real bargain!

Same experience as Nessal- had a Burris ring strip out on me, called them up and they sent me a new pair (without even requesting the broken ones be sent back).
