that's not saying much gun fire happens pretty regularly on the streets of Mexico the drug cartels seem to like killing people on the street a lot . people elected dimacratic leaders they get what they voted for is only sort of sad . The truly sad thing will be if they reelect them again expecting something , anything different in the future It would prove once again people really are that stupid .

All the guides walked off and started pulling out baggies and rolling papers.
I walked over and asked one of they would mind walking out of site of all the children there of they were gonna smoke dope please and that I didn't care if they did.
Was shocked that it was tobacco and they just didn't want to smoke too close.
Thier shity governor had raised taxes on cigarettes so high that it was all they could afford.
I told them to be sure and get out to vote and shared my marlboros with them.
No I don't smoke anymore but feel unreasonable taxation is bad on anyone.

Do you want to attack someone with multiple people even after he retreats he is allowed to defend himself as per our Constitution and the law you got what you got because you deserve it
In any case proud tradition of never fired only dropped once, firearm handovers continue. So far whenever gun-toting 'wannabe militia'' shows up to defend XYZ ,they end up face down onpavement, cuffed, without guns and possibly facing criminal charges.
Two weeks ago if I a saw the same video I would have said their isn't a jury in the US that would find him guilty, but now I ain't so sure....

It's because the folks are still all slaves to being "law abiding" they are nowhere close enough yet to be willing to drop hammers not only on the communists but also on the "just following orders" types protecting the communists.
There are lots that go by the idea of it's preferable for your guns be not seen and not heard, but those types also know that you can't just start shooting it up with communists and "the king's men" that protect them and expect to walk away and call it a day, so they wait.
Meanwhile the communists have nothing to loose as they don't acknowledge the law, and they have the protection of the politicians and the kings men, so they can do all the violence they want.
Kind of like the start of the takeover of Germany by the National Socialists or Russia by the Bolsheviks.
On the plus side, at least Karma will most likely pay back those "King's Men" you see in those pictures "Just Following Orders."
Sure they are useful now when they arrest compliant and peaceable conservatives at the behest of violent communists. But eventually they will outlive their usefulness and the communists will turn on them and their families and they will have nobody to ask for help from since even the prisoners in the gulags will be smiling to see them get their turn.
Governor opened her big mouth too soon but why would anyone expect otherwise. Anyone who watches the video of which there are several from different angles will come to the conclusion that this was a justified shoot. NM has pretty good self defense laws. There is not a jury in NM that will return a guilty plea on this and if defense gets a change of venue outside of Bernalillo or Santa Fe County they would probably give him a medal. These protesters are a very small minority in NM and most of the locals don't like this shit especially when their Spanish heritage is being desecrated by a bunch of millennial anglo radicals. The politicians just let this crap happen.
If a lawyer can't get him off with this photo, they should be disbarred.

Legally, it helps his case that he only took down the one that used a deadly weapon. If he'd have gone all Blake Drill and dumped lead into three of 'em, I believe there would be tougher questions to answer in court.
That being said, have the ability to do so if necessary. It's one dude with a skateboard in this case, but next time it's three guys with crowbars.
The fact that a single man down caused the rest of the crowd to disengage isn't surprising. That mom was running on autopilot and most members had no idea why they were chasing after blue-shirt dude. Nothing like the blood of their comrade to snap people into conscious thought. Once again, I wouldn't want to depend on that to save my life, but it's worth noting for purposes of self-defense tactics - the shooting needs to stop when the attack stops.
I think that blue-shirt guy probably hung around a few seconds too long during the first engagement and deploying the pepper spray was a poor use of time and space, but otherwise give him some credit for getting off the X and avoiding a full mob beat-down.
with the new picture posted, of the dude with a knife.....at that range, my hat is off to the shooter. to engage and survive at that range is pretty amazing. i had no idea the guy had a knife. to be swarmed like that, identify the knife, avoid it, and kill assailant that fast, i am impressed.
take the knife out of the equation (which i didnt know was a factor orginally) and it’s still a good shoot. any attack justifies the response they got. add the knife to the equation, and it’s that much more so, and a lot more impressive. also explains why he dumped the one instead of all of them. to me, everyone of them attacking him deserved it. high stress situation like that, all joking aside, the shooter performed admirably .

I am not Chuck Norris. So if I am attacked by multiple persons I by default will be in fear for my life. I will shoot he who poses the greatest threat. If the rest do not back down and keep coming, I will shoot till I am out of ammo. I will just hope there is video. In the last months I have seen too many beat downs of crowds on individuals.

You people defending Antifa and questioning this shoot have no business posting anything about legal self defense or use of force. The video evidence alone is 100% conclusive.

as someone else said, i think the photo implying the grasping of a knife has been altered as such. not to discredit the vistims right to defend himself as he did. but ifyou watch the video as the attacker with the skateboard is shot and goes down his hands fully open and nothing comes out. unless he just so happens to fall on top of it out of view.

Love the video nothing like watching justice being carried out right before your eyes, only wish we had a frame of the dude's face as he realizes he has made a fatal mistake in his life and its to late to change it. Nice form on the shooter.
After watching videos over and over I saw a couple of things.
Skateboard guy, has a green backpack and not the one shot. His attack skateboard is tossed on the ground by the shooter.
The one shot, hoodie guy starts deploying knife as he is running up you can see him pulling it out of lh sleeve and put it in lh not ninja enough to get second knife out of sleeve.

LBC - that video is much clearer and it appears he does. do you have the link to that video with fuller length than just that shot? the lower resolution video i was watching made it more difficult to tell.

I posted the video without comment because I prefer people form their own opinion. But I think most reached the same conclusion I have, that the guy used deadly force only when clearly presented with a deadly threat.
As far as your experience, we could all learn from it, even if it ended badly. What would you have done differently? Could you have avoided the beating somehow? I don't carry enough rounds to put down a mob, and I'm not sure I want to anyway. So how else can I handle this, if it comes?
I agree here, in these times tips, tricks, experiences good and bad can help others caught off guard by these feral animals.
Shoot one. The rest will de-ass the area quickly. If they dont, shoot the ones coming toward you.

I don’t believe he had a knife but he definitely had a skateboard and used it as a weapon several times already the intent is there (edit) In another video he does appear to have something in his hand quite possibly a knife which just solidifies the use of force against him but intent was there either way

I made that comment before seeing the last video in this thread he has something in his hand in the last video and it is much clearer as far as deep fake videos and what can be done nowadays I don’t know about all that anything is possible I guess

Nice to know they are carrying shtuff in their sleeves. Something else to watch out for as you walk the parking lot or sidewalks.
Did that guy get his gun between the carrying straps of his bag? Not sure what type of gun it was (Glock?) but you can see the muzzle flip and the casing ejecting. Certainly if somebody "faked" the knife it is hard to tell in that video. Even if it was a rubber knife (highly improbable) the shooter should not be expected to know that when being charged by somebody and a hostile group around him.

This video, and the pic above, showing the knife, are fake, and has been altered. Watch the video frame by frame. Watch the gun too. There's no doubt it's also been altered. Skateboard dude, with the black hoodie, is he one that is shot after hitting blue shirt dude so hard in the head, it dislodged the skateboard from the hands of the attacker. After that is when Skateboard dude gets shot.
Watch this video frame by frame and you'll see what I'm talking about.
