I just ordered a hellfire brake for my 6gt. I have a sico omega which I added a 6.5mm ti endcap to. I was going to order the ti supressor addapter hoping that a lighter can would offer less poi shift, as I dont care about the weight it would add to the rifle. But after reading about some people having them carbon lock, or loosen up, I am wondering if stainless would be a better bet rather than dissimilar metals. What is my best bet?

I’ve been running the Ti adapter for a few months now and it hasn’t loosened or locked up on me at all. I don’t have the stainless adapter to compare it to, but so far no complaints.

How has accuracy and poi shift been compared to the asr it came with?
ASR shifted two minutes down and a minute to the left with the can on relative to just the ASR brake. The 419 setup shifts me one minute straight up with the can on relative to the bare 419 universal adapter. Accuracy and repeatability have been unaffected by both mounting systems in my experience.
