Gunsmithing Tig weld a bolt knob stud on remington

Anyone here offer this service for Remington ? After doing a ton of them I finally screwed up.
I would try it myself but only have mig and acetylene torches.

The bolt was just returned from there for fluting ?

Welding? I can do it, but it's not necessary. Just look at our TK install process. The heat treated insert is more than capable. I think in the last 7 years we've had maybe 3-5 bolts come back where it failed. Mostly due to gravity situations where guns fall out of tree stands.
