Just finished this for a good customer. Thanks Lee. Bolt and barrel Vortex fluted. Action is coated in FDE. Bolt is MicroSlick/Graphite Black. Thanks for checking it out.

Boltfluter, what are your turn around times? I have two tikkas that have been begging me to have them fluted. Also, have you ever done any of the shallow, slow twist, type fluting, like on a surgeon? Pics?

Turn around time is 7 to 10 working days. Sometimes less. Just depends on my workload at the time. Yes I have done some slow twist fluting like on the Surgeons. Should not be a problem. Here is a Surgeon that I made deeper by picking up the existing flutes.

Hinterland shooting supplies out of Australia. They made the bolt shroud as well.

Theres my baby!!! I will say it turned out even better then what I imagined. On a second note I better get another barrel sent to you asap to replace this one cause I just located 3lbs or varget powder..lol

couldn't be happier.. have some Savages due in soon, once I find actions for them and will be sending barrels and bolts back to him for more work.
