Tikka T3X Lite Question

I currently own a Tikka T3X Stainless Lite in 6.5 CM. I’m wanting to build this into more of a range rifle. I’m considering getting a Bravo and a decent precision scope for it.

Here’s the question: Will the T3X Lite barrel contour work well for this use? Should I change the barrel pretty soon or just shoot this one out and then change it?

I mean, how does it shoot? If it shoots well then don’t mess with it, esp if by “range rifle” you mean shooting groups from prone or a bench.

Thin barrels the groups open up after a few shots so depends what your needs are.
That being said there is usually a wait for barrels so I would order one now and probably expect it in the fall/ winter and have it re-barreled then.
In the mean time just shoot it.

It’s shoots pretty well as is. I mean I’m more of shooting long range for fun (as an enthusiast). Just curious about stringing shots together. I supposed I can just give it a go no then decide.
