Got to admit… tracking through a gaming ID was pretty smart!

Hell yeah, lets turn completely 3rd World savage. It will match our new banana republic government and courts.

Public executions used to be a great deturrant to crime in America. Pick up a history book once in awhile. I'm also a fan of bringing back torture for awful people who don't deserve a fast death.

In the late 80s, I was working the the Persian Gulf. Some dumb ass got busted moving a bunch of pot. They found him guilty, and marched him down to the square and cut his head off. No shit. I’m getting older, and I’ve forgotten the details about which country. Somehow UAE is coming to mind but I don’t know. I just remember thinking, “and that is how you get shit done!”

What's the punishment for overthrowing the government via stolen election?
Just passively curious.
Hangings. Lots of hangings and firing squads. Not before some dark dungeon time.

But not the medieval, 3rd World shit involving London Tower torture devices, fire, gasoline, etc.

Some of us want to keep a modicum of a civilized culture.

A much better solution with benefits is a dismemberment table. Body parts are a rare commodity, and in high demand.
Having them removed from the scumbag on live TV, no wait Pay per view, would kill 4 birds with one stone.
(1) The scumbag is dead.
(2) The body parts go to those who would benefit society.
(3) The Pay per view funds would 100% go to that fuck sticks victim/s.,
(4) The public hearing of or viewing the dismemberment would send a message, that the DOJ is no longer allowed to grow their base making you think you created the problem. When if fact most all crime can be traced back to .gov policy's, to grow that segment of the economy.

If we sent 100% proven murders and rapists back to their creator as instructed, maybe there would be no banana republic.
Oh, I believe in the death sentence, not so much as a deterrent which doesn't work, obviously, but because the guilty deserves to die. Just not publicly. It desensitizes the public. It's bad enough some savage committed the crime, but to make executions public events lowers civilization down to their level.

Executions, such as the hangings of the Lincoln assassin collaborators which included a woman, were done behind prison stockade walls. At the end of the day, the condemned were just as dead.

My people wrote history books.

Try and read and contemplate what I wrote.

People would load a wagon with lunch, the kids and travel to watch a hanging and make a picnic out of it. Great entertainment for the whole family.

Careful what you wish for. Medieval torture was used draw confestions from the innocent and quell political uprisings. Don't be surprised if our countries first foray back into public torture is on people labeled by a pop culture catch phrase. Antimasker antivaxxer election denier science denier you get the idea.

Winnie Mandela encouraged necklacing in her canibal country. It was common to pass by some smoldering, bloated corpse in the street. Boy that really deterred crime and civilized her people.

Capital punishment always sounds like a good idea, until you realize who gets to wield it.

Imagine if the folks who drove the January 6th scam get to decide who to hang. Capital punishment expansion would only make it significantly easier for the globalists. You don't need the government to solve your problems. When this dude makes bail, he will sit at his house for the next year waiting for a trial.

Oh, and by the way, this is probably similar to the ages your great grand parents were when they got married, and their parents going back a few hundred thousand years. Sure, if that was my daughter, I'd cook him alive, but a 16 year old has only been illegal in America for about 75 years most places, and in probably 90% of the rest of the planet, 16 is the age of consent, including England.

The age of consent, in Kansas, is 16. Consentual pictures and videos aren’t legal until 18, though. So you can touch, but don’t record.

I think there are actually quite a few states where 16 is the age of consent. I almost typed it into Google to post it for the point of this discussion, but I figure my personal FBI monitor is probably already busy enough without wondering why I'm digging into the age of consent by state.

In today's world, 15 is almost the new 6 years old. Who wants an immature little girl at 30 years old? When I was 30, my breakpoint was 25. Under that, they are just too stupid!

When I read these stories I do think about how 150 years ago, this was a non-issue. Why does mother nature make a girl start menstrating at 12? 16 or 18 yrs old is a societal thing. Most 15 year olds were already fucking when I was in high school.

Laws have been made, so time to pay.

Amendment VIII: "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted." Every bit as important as the one six lines above it.

He can stand trial, have his defense heard, and be judged by a jury of his peers with a just punishment levied if found guilty.

What may likely happen afterwards in jail, well, that's just unfortunate...

They executed Ashli Babbitt on the spot without a trial.

No repercussions and in fact withheld the name of her killer.

Exactly right, one of the lies of Satan is the notion that someone is better than another. I agree 100% in the death penalty. But it’s not a spectacle. Life is sacred.

Because he was in the state of Florida everyone is all up in righteous rage and such.
The funny thing is had they stayed in a place in Ohio together, no problem at all, it would have been I guess legal.
Nobody ever said creeps were smart...
Best to keep it all in state, across state lines gets a different set of laws involved and such.

That's the issue with everybody getting all dogmatic about their favourite number or whatever that somebody made up somewhere.

I'm still going to say the young woman knew what she was doing and made her own choices as well.
She was legally entitled to make that choice in her home state of Ohio.
However in Florida she was not legally entitled to make that choice.

Also I'll bet part of this is sexist.
Reverse the genders of the two parties and I'll bet there would not be nearly the same outrage.

Just remember when you are getting all riled up in your "righteous anger" that what you are actually doing is being propagandized to forge the chains and cruelty that will be visited upon your own head by those who hate you the most. Always has been, always will be.

People who are all enamoured of draconian punishments and hasty application of "justice" often find they are the ones on the receiving end of the horrors they wished on others.

Most of the time when the assassination of JFK and even the planes flying into the towers is the topic, the video cuts away at the the most graphic moment.

Those images are obscene and horrific in their cruelty and people shouldn't get numb to seeing that.

Something to notice in the video, which I did notice before just now.

I had surmised that the father had help. Which phone bank to be at and when and what day.

Also, though he is right-handed, he turns around in a left direction to not endanger the police officer.

Notice the police officer escorting the suspect to the left of the suspect, even with the shoulders. In a second or so, he drops a step back and glances to his right.

This was excellent tactics.

I saw that story when it originally aired. Some martial arts instructor went Joe Biden on one of his young male students and either kidnapped the kid or fled alone and was caught and brought back, at least as far as the airport.

Good shoot.
