Gunsmithing Timney 510 adjustment

1. If I loosen the trigger tension down too far will the little screw come out or does it have a stop?

2. Everybody says don’t jack with the other two screws. But if drop the trigger weight to 1.5 lbs from 3, will that create a situation where the over travel and /or the sear engagement will be out of whack and then need to be adjusted?

For question #2, the overtravel and sear engagement are not affected by pull weight adjustment.
