Besides mag length, do you guys have any advise on reloading for a semi auto rifle in .308? Do I do the same process as with bolt actions? Will the brass from my bolt gun suffice without leaving ejector marks, or should I load lighter on the powder. Thank you for the input.

full resing,.002"/.003"at least under your max.headspace, repeat with any reload _uniforming the primer pockets depth won't hurt, for sure_primers well seated UNDER the level of the case face,_approach to the charges more cautiously than w.a bolt action_ (my rule of thumb for semiautos_for more infos,"Reloading for Competiton"by Glenn Zediker)

You can't load a gas gun as hot as a bolt gun. I had an AR 10T and it definitely liked the heavier bullets 168gr and 175gr. Mine was way overgassed and I didn't see good accuracy until I tamed it down with an adjustable gas block.
