What does seem to work, at least it has for me, is a daily dose of selenium, zinc, and vitamin D3.Go easy on the selenium as it can cause your nails and hair to get a bit brittle if you over do it. I started taking them about March of 2020 when this shit first hit the news. Usually I get a cold or flu sometime during the fall or winter. Since I started that regimen, not so much as a sneeze.

I have no scientific proof but thats the only changed variable I can account for.
