Top 10 armed states in the union

The point of the guys video was talking about registered guns. I am absolutely aware that Texas and Florida don’t require registration, and when you buy a new gun that doesn’t register it with the fed. That little call that an ffl makes when you fill out the paper doesn’t tell the fed what you are buying or even if you did buy anything. So OBVIOUSLY lots of people in Texas and Florida have somehow let the fed know how many, and what kind of guns they have. So maybe I’m not so dumb…

Not necessarily. When you fill out the paperwork the ffl makes the call, but that doesn’t tell the atf or fbi or anyone if you actually bought a weapon or what it was if you did buy. The cdl is required to keep that paperwork for 7 years (I think).
Ok champ.

What is the general consensus on all this ranting from Harris about her executive power to confiscate guns? I hear that and I get anxiety about what that would look like. But I ask as I know all of yall are much more educated in the likelihood or reality of something like that actually happening.
If the dems get the house and senate and presidency , they will likely get something passed that requires ffl process in any firearms transfer. The scotus may eventually reject it as unconstitutional, BUT, the scotus is yet another reason Trump must win again. The next SCOTUS to be replaced will be good guys and they must be replaced with good guys or we are even more screwed. Honestly, this is it. If Trump doesn't get back in there we are in very very serious trouble and won't reverse any of this crap.

in FL the call from ffl goes to FDLE for background clearance. the paper record has to stay with ffl forever or until they close shop. almost all now either use a comp for the form or put the stuff on the form into a comp. if you think that doesn't go straight to NSA and ATF then you likely think
that the government is using that data for our saftey. in other words, you are an idiot.

My buddy keeps a log book, no computers. I know that's probably the acception not the rule, and it ain't fool proof. However, IF you ffl does keep the books that way, there's almost always a reason they do it that way. Things happen you know.

Yes sir. The guy I buy from said the call doesn’t tell the feds whether or not the buyer actually bought a gun or what they bought. If they do come for the paperwork, which they can, he said he would mysteriously have a fire in his files😆
