Torque value for Anschutz base to receiver screws?

Just got some Talley ring/base combos, and it doesn't list what the torque value should be for attaching them to the receiver (drill and tapped). Anyone have any idea? Thanks

I'm gonna mount it up at 25 in. lbs., I should be alright there. I'll call Talley Monday.

I have a good friend that just ordered a set of Talley's. What did Talley say the torque value should be?

I never could get hold of them. I just went with the 25 in lbs., those are some pretty small screws.
