No, it is inlet by Travis and cut for his pillars(which are included). Bedding would still be required. If you haven't owned a TS Customs bedded stock they are damn nice. I would send it to Travis to bed it if I were the buyer. All of the stocks I have now are either inlet/bedded by Travis or a foundation.
