Fyi: There's a pretty good website called www.trainingpeaks.com for logging your daily activity. You can log meals, metrics, and workouts day to day. There's a free version which allows you to do all this, as well as a paid subscription option that gets you some other stuff, but is pretty pricey. You can even upload your data from your Garmin or whatnots.

Been using it with my coach for about 2 months now, it's been real easy and helpful. There's actually a TP app for iPhone that is really all that I use as it is easier to use than the website. Also has pretty good food bank for looking up your favorite foods, as well as a bar code scanner you can scan with your camera.
