On the fence on a Triggercam set up. This would be for typical range time, comp and hunting uses. I have seen numerous posts on social media using it which has my interest.

For a normal person, is it really worth it? By worth/value, I would define as can it really help improve a shooter and can it be turned on fast enough in a hunting arena to capture the shot?

It appears to cover the elevation turret. Does that create any challenges if needing to make quick adjustments?

I have one on the way. Scheduled to arrive the 27th. I currently have a Side-shot scope mount, which works well. The Triggercam seems like it would be easier to set up. I guess we'll see...

I find that recording what is seen in the scope is a helpful training tool. I'm no world-class shooter, but I like to improve where I can and a tool that may help me see what I did wrong or what I could have done better is worth having. It is a bit pricey, and so whether it's worth it for you is something only you can decide. I had to wait a bit for my budget to allow it.

Once I get it and get used to operating it I'll be better equipped to comment on its suitability for capturing hunting shots.
