Anybody have issues with shipping and customer service with triggertech? I ordered a trigger on August 27th and haven't recieved shipping or tracking information. I've emailed every email listed on their site without any reply. Just thinking I might cancel the order with my credit card and go through a third party vendor.

Update: just got an email after a couple days of waiting and they say that remington 700 diamond triggers are a couple weeks out. Just FYI for anybody ordering directly from triggertech

FWIW, my one interface with TT customer service was flawless and more than exceeded my expectations. I pierced a primer and trashed a Diamond just like it’s explained on their website. They overnighted a new Diamond in time for me to install it and ck zero before an upcoming match. They paid the express shipping. I paid the lower priced shipping from my end.

To the OP: once your trigger ships from Canada, your next source of frustration may be seeing the thing sit in Chicago for a week or two awaiting customs or whatever. A google search revealed that USPS operations there had problems long before covid.

If I were to buy another TT trigger, it would be from a stateside vendor.

These guys have been great to work with. I purchased a diamond for an older colt ar15. I did not know about the different sized anti walk pins. No problem accepting the return. Recently purchased two diamonds and had them in hand in less than a week. Good people. Very easy to talk to and very willing to do the right thing for the customers.
