I'm actually going to come and just throw this out, so don't get mad.
You're actually adjusting the locking collar so that the cutter head is cutting deeper, aren't you?
Sorry for not presuming that you know how to operate it.
Some brass is harder than other brands, but I'm betting that you're not allowing the cutting head/bar, to travel inwards, far enough. It seems to be cutting from point A to point B, well enough.
What gun/brass are you shooting where your cases after one cycle are already at 2.024". That chamber is freakin' long if your measurements are correct.
