What’re y’all using for inside your hunting blinds? Pics appreciated.

I had a RRS 22i but it wasn’t for me. Didn’t go low enough so I sold it. Looked at some swagger bipods, they seem pretty simple and affordable. Thinking maybe a hog saddle type set up might be beneficial.

An el cheapo tripod with a saddle for me. I rarely shoot over 50 yards, so it works for my purpose.

For inside hunting blinds alot of times I push people to the multi-clamp if they have a place to mount it.

You can put any head on it in multiple spots as long as it uses 3/8" or 1/4" threading, which most heads use one of. Has flat surface adapters or the standard for round surfaces.

Pictures stolen from a friend.

I shoot within 200 yards and just use the Primos Trigger stick. I use it in my ground blind. In the tower blind I use a bag across the window frame like I would at a match. Its 1 shot at a larger than match target.

Yeah I’ve been using a fortune cookie bag to rest on the window sill for the past few years. It works fine. Gotta leave the windows closed here with how cold it gets. Pulled the trigger on a RRS TFC24L here in the PX and got an swagger bipod. The RRS tripod will be perfect it seems for some tree-line sits and coyote hunts, might be a little big for blind use but I guess I’ll find out soon enough.

I use a mini game changer on the window. That’s sufficient for most everything inside 300 yards, plus a stable platform for the bino’s. I also use a RRS 34 off to the side. The spotting scope with angled eyepiece and phone skope stays mounted on it. There are times I’ve been able to use it as rear support for the rifle.

Rarely clip the rifle into the tripod in the stand, only because there’s just not enough room or time to get it maneuvered into position.

If there is space the RRS provides a superior platform just like it does in any other situation.

Not sure how low/high you need and what surface, but I read good things about the Hatch bipod over on rockslide. Call them, as they have options that don’t appear on websites. I was thinking about them and found that out after a call.

I decided on a different route due to my needs and not any shortcomings on the bipod.
