I've owned an Abel table in the past, and thought it was a really cool concept and a good product. Never heard of the Gray Ops unit, but checked it out and it's a pretty interesting concept I guess, but good grief look at the price. At a certain point I think you're just spending way too much money for a gadget that isn't going to offer a step change in performance over more minimal equipment and more focus on fundamentals. Of course, that is just my opinion.
I have a hard time spending that kind of money on any of these type devices. A 6"x8" piece of 0.125 aluminum can be had for $10 on ebay, and be in your mailbox in a few days. Make a trip to the hardware store, get out the drill, and go to town. Make whatever you need. Mount an Arca rail to the bottom so you can put it on top of your tripod and use it like a table. From there it's perfect for a game changer on top, and your binoculars on top of that. If you want to mount various equipment on the plate, drill a few more holes and mount some clamps on it. Use the same clamp to mount the plate to the bottom of your rifle if you really want to go full crazy.
