As I've said my previous post, I've had both and I think they're both great rails. The DD rail has the better mounting system, but the Troy rail seemed to have a better finish to it. My DD had very small chip marks on some of the rails, and the laser engravings were not as clear as the Troy. The Troy will also cover the gas block on a rifle-length gas system (leaving only a smidgen to protrude), whereas the DD will not. </div></div>Probably end up having to change my gas block either way, won't I? I think the JP adjustable I have won't fit under either.
