Not sure what you mean by programs but here are some of his accomplishments while in office. I believe they're positive for the country. Most of them I wasn't aware of nor would I have been able to recite if I did. He's accomplished more than any U.S. president in history. So I'll just post up a link:

The main accomplishment I do know he's responsible for is following through with his trade agreements with Mexico and China which kicked off a booming economy, a rise of which most, including myself, have never witnessed. It pissed the communist Chinese off and their NWO puppets, the communist Democrats, and their priority one mission since is to bring down the U.S. economy, thus bringing down Trump.
There are other accomplishments Trump the humanitarian has carried out such as making animal cruelty a felony, something the 3rd world born, dog eating Obama couldn't even grasp, or working in feeding the homeless in soup kitchens, something you would never see the murderous child predator Clintons or their uglier than fuck Webb Hubbell love child Chelsea doing. I don't know about you, but I couldn't be happier DJT defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Thank you for responding I too have been busy and had not had a chance to see the reply till now. I don’t want to make any statement until I’ve had a chance to review the information you linked to. A quick review high lights many executive orders which as well all now not all executive orders redirect policy or create change. But it is interesting because one of the areas that Obama received a tremendous amount of grief was his use of executive order and basically him “as king” trying to go around congress by utilizing executive order power. In trumps first three years in office including two where he had control of the house and senate he actual used his executive order power more than Obama.
As far as the economy goes you know like many things this is still something that seems to be in the eye of the beholder and at times how one feels and how they stack up aren’t always the same. In my years of business through out meetings it has always been interesting to have people quantify their position. We would often have principles come to the table making statements like “xyz always happens, or we have had many calls about “x” etc etc and then when asked to track this and follow up they come back to the next meeting and it turns out the actual numbers do not support their feeling of the event. Now since we thought that was important we didn’t ignore the employee but would try to dig deeper as to why they felt that way when the numbers didn’t support it. Often it resulted in a shifting of resources or some changes to better the situation. Other times just putting a light on the fact that it really wasn’t the thing filling their day changed their perspective.
recently I had been discussing politics with someone in my home town and we began looking at the economy as a whole and in the black community in relation ship to jobs and I think he was surprised by the actual trajectory of the economy because you keep hearing trump make such grandiose statements

Yes there was a significant low during the first half of Obama’s first term. But if you look at the rate it fell in the year leading up to him taking office in 2009 within one year it began to stabilize and by the last quarter of his first term went up significantly and over the next 5 years increased 3.2 million.
the graph is unclear it appears to show two years under trump 2017-2019 but the detail is t really there to be fair but over the listed time period you show a consistent rate of increase and 700k jobs under trump
if trump wanted to say we have enjoyed a good economy under him I would agree
And although the numbers don’t support his hyperbole I would recognize that people probably feel better and probably feel more comfortable with gains above what the numbers actual say because how we feel and the reality aren’t always the same
kind of like black lives matter, yes they do , and they probably feel as if cops kill black peoples at some crazy rate, but the numbers don’t actually support that, and although I think there is evidence that supports bias in policing and our judicial systems, if African Americans are worried about the safety of the members of their community the police are no where near the top of the list of major killers to their community so the feeling and the numbers don’t always add up but with that being said belief and reality although many times different can have an effect on outcome
some rifles recoil harder than others yet some cartridges, although actually having less recoil force feel like they recoil harder because of blast signature and the recoil impulse And we develop a flinch anyway Reality and belief run parrallel sometimes they cros sometimes they don’t but they always effect outcome
