Pet Smart. Or any other Pet Supply store. "Lizard Litter" is ground walnut shells. Add a little NU-Shine polish from Wally World and you are GTG.

I used this advice 4 years ago and the same bag is still in use, when the walnut shells get real nasty I add NuFinish to it to revive it, total cost was like 13 bucks, a strainer from walmart and a small bucket complete the RedNeck way.

i got corn cob media from midway. i live on a farm and am thinking of grinding my own corn cobs to see if it works

Have you seen the thread "media tumbling" I think, someone posted the use of stainless steel media with water and detergent in a rotary tumbler. The brass comes out looking so good I'm going to return the vibratory tumbler I ordered from Dillon. The media probably lasts forever, but I've never seen brass get that clean.
