But that was news to these Blue Line marauders- all the way up the chain of command - they even appealed saying that the lower courts decided wrongly because “it’s suspicious and creates probable cause “ when some peasant carry’s a gun.

Stripped of Qualified Immunity- an abomination that should not exist

Don’t forget - they also used Civil asset forfeiture against him - for not committing a crime and legally carrying- by stealing $310 and his thumb drive .

Also remember his department- squad mates and union totally backed his play- and have continued to back him through toe court cases so far - not fired - no disciplinary action . Theft and stomping on civil rights is ALL right .
