Surprised no one has answered you yet. A quick google search says SAMMI recommends 1:8 twist. Could probably split the difference and go 7.5. Not too sure, I'm a noobie in the bolt action world. Don't even physically have the parts for mine yet.
depends on the bullet weight you are gonna shoot, but most of the PRC builds are doing very well with their standard rates without having to reinvent the wheel.
Most are using 1-8, but if you are handloading and went especially heavy with the bullet weight a 7.5 would work

If youre only going up to the 147 eld then the 8 twist is fine, if you want to run the 150 sierra then get the 7 or 7.5 twist
