I remember that one. And, I remember thinking he must have had help and coaching. When an attorney wins change of venue, no one knows the date and time of transfer or means of travel.

Yet, this father new which phone bank to be at in which terminal of the airport. And he did everything precisely. One shot to the side of the head, immediately dropped the gun and turned around with his hands in the air.

And kept his mouth shut.

He got no-billed for reasons of mental duress from the abuse his child suffered.
