I have been buying products of all kinds over the last 40+ years and of course occasionally have had to deal with customer service.
Whether it's a TV, refrigerator, Golf club or scope the headaches of shipping things back to a company, waiting forever to get a replacement and maybe even not getting any satisfaction at all are infuriating.
My recent experience with USO has made me a lifelong fan!

I purchased an ER-25 scope and my old tired eyes had a real tough time seeing the numbers on the EREK knob in low light or if I was looking into the light. I contacted Becky at USO and not only did they make me a new knob with bigger brighter numbers at no cost, but the turnaround was a little over a week!!!!

Say what you want about other scope companies but I have never had service this awesome with any other product of any kind that I have purchased over my entire life.

I cannot begin to recommend this company enough.
 
They are great! I misplaced the protective cap for the EREK knob and spoke with Becky at the shop. Within a few days, 2 spare caps were at my door step. I couldn't recommend this company enough. They really stand by their product and customer service.

i did exactly the same thing and Becky set me the whole set of covers, screws and wrenches. They are a great company.
 
Another shout out for Becky! My SR-4C came without one lens cover. I e-mailed Becky, and I received it in three days. My scope is great by the way. The red dot is very bright in daylight (if you want it to be.) I have it mounted on an Ammo Four Star. It's easy to see my target with both eyes open.

I am happy to see posts like these! Last year, I had posted my experience with Becky and USO, and all I can say is, "Top Notch!" I thought I was going to die if I couldn't find an ST-10 to top my custom build. Needless to say, they found me what was probably the last one for sale on the planet, and saved my life! Wonderful to deal with and, hands down, best customer service I've ever had.
 
I am so exited about this company's products and service that I ordered an SR-8 to go with the ER-25. I then talked my close friend into getting an ER-25 and an SR-8 too!

Usually you get one or the other.
If a company has a great product they never seem to care about the customers because sales are so good. Or they have a marginal product and have to go over and above to keep the customer because the product doesn't do it.

It really has been so long since I have experienced the combination of a great product and world class service that I am actually giddy!
I put U.S. Optics up there with BMW and Apple. That is heady company in book.
 
Not yet an owner but waiting on an SR8M. Comforting to know that should I need help its going to be available.

There is another recent thread asking about the SR8M any chance of providing an update on expected shipping of ordered units?
