The velocity being listed by HL is over 3200. So it’s more than what I ran it at. My gun was 60+ years old when I did it and no reason to run it hard. Also the original caliber on mine was the 20x138B and if I remember correctly it ran just under 50k cup. I had no load and pressure data when I did mine. Nothing like it was around. So better safer than sorry.
I also had some 1000gr bullets made. Still have some. Barnes made mine along with the 750 and 800gr solids.
If I recall correctly the 60US loaded 1000gr bullets. That’s a slightly bigger round than the 12.7x114.
As you can imagine the problem with such wildcats is you have to work with milsurp 14.5x114 components, can only imagine ES and SD numbers on those primers ,and shot to shot vertical dispersion half a tennis field worth at such distances , before any wind variables

There are AIAX and MK 22 and Sako M10.
I will say this, in terms of reliability and simplicity, the MK 22 wins.
The design of the rifle is simple and reliable as an anvil.
all mechanisms are protected from dirt, unlike AIAX.
And the highlight is that the MK22 can be completely disassembled, put into a small backpack, and scouts can pass through the drones with gunfire and they won’t see you as a sniper)))

Regarding the Kadex. Also a good accuracy rifle. But again the classic design.
It works flawlessly at the training grounds, but when you get into a trench with mud, everything stops working. The shutters don’t cock, which is sad.

3 meters is 118 inches
