so i happened to snapped my 338lm extractor and i have contacted the dealer i got it from and they said ibi has discontinued 338lm extractor
so is there any other brand i can buy to fit it or i have to get magnum bolt head make it 300 prc

Try calling/contacting IBI directly. It may be that your dealer just doesn't want to mess with it.
