Just got my can and can't seem to get the break out. What's the best way to remove it from the can so I can install it on the barrel and time it?

Easiest? Locktite it to a barrel and spin it off after it sets. But double check it's not a direct thread for some reason (two port brake vs 1)

Contact Thunder Beast I'm sure it's happened before.

Having said that, here is my opinion;
Ideally the best thing to do is if you had a spare piece of round stock that you could thread to the correct thread pitch, then use a jam nut to lock the brake down. The problem with just threading the suppressor on to a barrel is that you will be locking the suppressor on to the brake more. A more realistic option is to lock tight it to a barrel then heat the suppressor with a torch a bit, give it a few sharp raps with a mallet and try to loosen it that way.
I got my specwar stuck on my mount the first day I had it and a few sharp blows with a mallet got it off easy.

"Do make sure you have a CB version and not a DT version."

Worth a chuckle...I image we have been there, done that in some form or fashion at least once.

It's defiantly a cb version I'm gonna put some lock tight on it and see if that does the trick. I'll just have to take the brake back off to add washers and get it timed to the barrel. Probably won't get lucky and it be clocked right on the barrel.

Anybody got a suggestion for anti seeze for the threads on the brake so the can doesn't get stuck or is this just a one time ting?
