Supposed to be at 489 Van Zandt road went to 511 Van Zandt and shot homeowner 5 times .

The warrant was for a stolen weed wacker

The stolen weed wacker Belongs to a county official - so the death squad went to the wrong address !
Shot home owner at wrong address at 11:57 pm- did not call in shots fired or for medical assistance for 9 minutes-

police raid random address and kill resident.
nobody ever goes to prison for not verifying the meth head's lead...
judge is not ever charged for giving out a warrant on shaky grounds.

Judges are actually immune from prosecution for stuff like that. It’s really insane how bad the (in)justice system really is.

Judicial immunity is fucked - two judges in my state - one a drunk and a whore AND had an affair with a homicide detective who tried murder cases in her court room , and ordered her staff to erase her financial records or delet them and add stuff to her husband’s criminal records while going through a divorce . Also found for the plaintiff in a few cases in lawsuits over property while she was invested in the development.

Other sent minors to private “Juvenile Detention Centers “ for almost any offense and he was a board member of said private company who got kickbacks on warm bodies .

Anyhow the legal wrangling to actually charge them with crimes was way more difficult than the criminal trials . In the case of Judge Brennan her downfall actually took the county prosecutor down as well because he’d compiled years worth of criminal evidence against her - and used said info to get the convictions he needed .

How is a night time raid justified for the recovery of a fucking garden tool?

This is why good honest people are starting to weigh the pros and cons of assuming anyone yelling police as they kick your door in intends to kill you and you're better off defending yourself and hoping justice prevails.

I have no desire to kill cops, or anyone for that matter, but between shit like this, and home invasions performed wearing readily available police gear, im defending my home until I can be certain I'm not gonna be a statistic.

how about knocking on his door in the friggen daylight and handing him a warrent? i want to know what the justification is for a night time full kit raid. moreover....they should have, at a fucking MINIMUM, done a google satellite recon of the scene with all officers involved before the raid. EVERY SWINGING DICK can pull up google earth and get a birds' eye view. and if you do that, and get a questionable search result, put the brakes on until you are SURE of your address.
