Updated powder burn rate chart

It takes a lot to test these, comparatively, in a lab. There is a general understanding that the consumer can interpolate "where and when" to use a certain powder. Even lot-to-lot variations can move a powder around the chart a few entries.

The most comprehensive smokeless powder burn rate chart I have found. It's not as easy to read as Hodgdon's, but it appears more inclusive. I found it at http://www.theballisticassistant.com/powder-burn-rate-chart/
I was a little surprised that the IMR 8133 is closer to RL 33 than it is to Retumbo, although I have found IMR 7977 to be closer to Retumbo than H1000. YMMV from lot to lot.

That's what the new chart I just found shows compared to the November 2019 chart that Hodgdon released. I have personally found that my lot of IMR 7977 is slower than the Hodgdon chart suggests. It is more like Retumbo than H1000.
My 7977 was almost identical to H1000.
And I would definitely class R26 as a bit faster than both.
