URGENT: Huge white blob on AGM TM35-640 viewfinder

Hi,

Just unpacked new AGM TM35-640 and when I am in thermal mode I see huge lightning type white blob on middle of screen. Took a picture and the white blob is on the photo. The blob does not show when in visible light mode so it must be something with the sensor. There is also a black pixel with a circle on the bottom right. I have attached a photo. I got this from B&H Photo in New York and want to see if anyone else had this problem. I really need this for a big assignment and this is a dealbreaker. Hopefully I can fix it with setting or firmware.

Did you check the germanium Obj lens for damage ?
Mine has the same blob, but it's because it has a big dent in the Obj lens.

Thanks SJC. As far as I could see with a flashlight esrlier. there is no damage. Will check now that I am outside. Since Lens is spherical it is hard to see if there is damage.

I did and they sent me rma. Problem is I need thermal unit fast and they are all sold out in Texas. Amazing takes a week with prime.
