Not at all it is just enough out of the field of view that you pick it up peripherally but if you are not thinking about it, it almost disappears. I did not think I would care for it but it was in a used USO I got this year and now I wish it was in my others.

send it in for a clean and inspection and ask to have it retrofitted, it's normally $85

This is a 1.8-10X37 at 10X...

At low power, if there's any tunneling, the bubble can be hard to see; at 1.8X...
