Not sure which PSR contract submission specs you're looking for, but I came into possession of a USO prototype built as an alternate submission for the USSOCOM PSR day scope the first go-round.
Don't know if you will find a full spec one out there any other way, cause I understand they aren't going to do the lock rings for the turrets again for anything but a large scale govt order.
