US Palm rifle how do you determine barrel maker

I have one is the US Palm rifles with the McMillan stock. They offered no description of the barrel so I know I am taking a chance. Here is a pic of the only markings I could find. Does anyone know how I figure out who made the barrel??

Before anyone jumps on me this is my first bolt action rifle and I am a newbie to the precision rifle world.

I can tell you those are definitely NOT Marlins...

You may never find out who made the barrel, what's is important is whether it shoots or not...

Why don't you contact SGC? Heard they use an FN action and an inhouse barrel, at least according to this thread; http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2920505

I have contacted them multiple times with no response to my questions. Also the price has dropped to 815 now.

If it were me and I couldn't find the answers to questions I had, I'd look elsewhere.
