Usmc redfield scope part needed

I'm looking to replace this missing part off my scope, I'm not sure the name, I think dad had this for a while, he served 1967 Vietnam. It may be this old? And help finding this will be appreciated. Thanks

Looks like you are missing the elevation erector. I don't know if they can help you, but it might be worth reaching out to hi-lux optics. They make a repro of your scope. I am not sure about parts compatibility but if you don't care about manufacture originals and just want a working scope they may be able to help you.
