Do you mean the scope blocks or the mounts?
The close up pictures I have seen (mainly Senich "The One round War") show the rear blocks on the M70 receiver ring with a longer front block.
Senich describes them as dimensioned to fit all main target rifle scope mounts

The scope mounts I've seen in pics look like the USMC 1/4 MOA click external adjusters.
You would need to check on correct spacing - one caption showing an M70 with Unertl x8 mentions that different spacings were used, not just the 7.2" 1/4 MOA click spacing.

I'm talking about the Scope Bases themselves, not the Rings.
I have a copy of Senich's Book. Although it does have very little on the Bases themselve. It does not say which Bases (blocks) are used on the USMC M70.
The Unertl Chart says to use a P1 & B70 for a Win. Mod.70 Target. Are these the Correct bases needed?
But I've also be told that the LV & C70 bases are used on Clone M70's to allow the shooter to zero it at 100 yards. (I've been told that the P1 & B70 base dont allow the shooter to zero at 100 yards).
Does anyone know what the correct bases are that was used by the USMC?

Senich does mention commercially available standard dimensioned target scope blocks on a couple of occasions........
Or speak to someone who offers a repro/clone....like TBA?

I member who has an original M70, from way back in the day. Told me that the Unertl bases used on the M70 are the LV & C70 bases. Not the P1 & B70, as stated on the Unertl Base Charts for the Winchester Model 70 Target rifle.
