Rifle Scopes USO Warranty/ Customer Service?

A friend of mine has dealt with their warranty. He had to send it in after it filled up with water during a rainy, cold match. His scope was bought used and the warranty was handled quickly. He did have to send the new replacement scope back because it didn't have the reticle inside the eyepiece. They took care of that as well. He did say glass wasn't as good as the old one though.
 
Has anyone had to deal with a USO warranty claim? How was the experience? Do they honor 2nd owners?

Maggie from USO here. If you haven't done so already, please give our office a call at 406-300-4090. Our sales and repair team will take care of whatever issue you are experiencing. USO's lifetime warranty applies to the scope and not the original owner.
 
they have great service I run a B25 and have never had an issue. one of the guys that's on the same shooting team as me has an LR25 that had issues he sent it back and they ended up just sending him a new B25
