I just fired a box out of my 700 with a 16" 1x9 Shillen barrel and it's the nut's. It works just fine in my 1x9.

Out of my 700 5r it's sub moa. Made repeatable hits on a man sized target at 900yds no problem.

I use it out of my Colt 6724 AR with a 1-9. Excellent ammo.
