V3 vs V2 dropper

Small powder such as CFE223 is a PITA in the V2 ( Hornady) dropped

Does the v3 dropper do a better job , not locking up, spilling out the side and etc?

Are these even available to purchase anymore?

You can only get a V3 if you find a used one
