VA Speaker Gavels Down House Prayer as Dems Walk Out

I watched the live feed of the House of Delegates this morning. As usual they opened with a prayer given by an invited local clergy. Today's prayer included the Pastor calling for the Delegates to recognize God's law that marriage is only between a man and a woman. Speaker Filler-Corn tried to gavel him to stop. She then went into the Pledge of Allegiance to drown him out. Guess he won't be invited back again.

As seen below in link, some dems walked out in protest. Wish I had a list of those.

Back in 2006, Virginia voters via a referendum amended the state's constitution to only recognize marriage as between a man and a woman. In 2014 a court struck it down. The US Supreme Court refused to hear the case so same sex marriages became legal in Virginia. Our Democratic Attorney General refused to fight for it despite it being the will of the people in our state.

No gun bills yet but they passed National Popular Vote:

Regarding the BS negation of the electoral college... I wonder how many conservatives don't vote in places like California because they know that they will never win the EC for that sate. If all those disenfranchised voters get to the polls, a president could win the popular vote by a landslide even though the state went for the other candidate. This could completely backfire on the dems if true blue states like CA and NY get out the vote to swing stupid states like VA (Note, I live in VA) that passed this type of BS. Of course, the difficultly would be getting them to the polls to vote, same as today.
Plus, Trump in a landslide 2020, so it'll be fun to watch.

VA just gave its sovereignty to NYC.

Massachusetts 2004.....

It looked like John Kerry could beat Bush and the Dems did not want Romney (a Republican) to choose his replacement as was the law at that time.

The one party legislature quickly changed the law to "Special Election"

Few years later Deval Patric (Communist) is governor and Ted Kennedy returns to Hell.

The one party legislature started to put in motion a law to Governor Appointment but the stench was unbearable.

Scott Brown (Republican) wins special election in order to kill Obamacare.

Dems have to pass unreconciled Obamacare.

they didn't want to waste ANY time ramming their unconstitutional, anti-gun BS thru the House and onto the Senate... they were on a mission from God.
